Ningbo Yinzhou Hydraulic Mechanical Co., Ltd majors in producing zinc alloy cast, variety of hardware processing parts and copper valves of ship’s life raft.Annual zinc alloy die-casting reaches 1000 tons, while hardware processing parts is 5 million pieces. Company has a full set of production flow hardware and software equipments, so it can provide a full line service, from die developing, manufacturing to product process as well as surface treatment.

 Products mainly refer to following fields: 

1) All vehicles’ stay screw cap, tie-in zinc alloy die-casting parts of auto (odometer, brake, hand-trig, gun, flameout line and other axial tube); 

2) Screw cap and tie-in and other zinc alloy die-casting parts for motor yard meter and lead; 

3) Ship’s life raft, cylinder quick release valve, single inlet valve, exhaust valve, fishing gear and etc.

Company locates in Yindong Plain, eastern suburb of Ningbo, where transportation is quite convenient. Company was set up in 1994 and relocated to Dongwu New Factory in October 2010; the new factory covers an area of 11,300 square meters, with building are of 12,000 square meters, has fixed assets of 15 million. At present there are 140 employees in the company, and among them 30% employees are professional R&D personnel, technicians, and managers. In April, 2002, we approved ISO9001:2000 International System Certification and which was upgraded to ISO9001:2008 International System Certification in 2010.

The company has 7 sets of full automatic horizontal process control die-casting machine and over 100 sets of main equipments, such as all kinds of metal processing lathe, grinder, punch, common measuring truck, special tapping machine, thread rolling machine, high-frequency induction heating machine, 120V dynamo and etc. Furthermore, it has test equipments: salt spray testing machine, three-dimensional imaging machine, tension tester and spring’s force ergometer.
